This is a package of swiss roll class. Students wiil be learning how to bake swiss roll, lemon mix fruit roll, rainbow swiss roll, tiger roll .

Doughnut, eclair and muffin class

Kelas biskut hantaran

Cara- cara membuat bakul, cara- cara membentuk buah-buah hantaran sepeti strawberi, maggis ,jagung,

nenas, epal dan labu serta membuat bakul biskut jem nenas.

Slice cake class

20 jenis kek potong.Pelbagai cara memotong kek , membuat kek dan pelbagai corak.Contohnya, chocolate ball, chocolate ring, jelly ring, cartoon ring, almond slice, jelly fantasy, domino slice,orange slice, pandan slice, strawberry slice, coffee slice dan lain-lain lagi. Keutamman kepada pelajar-pelajar VBC yang pernah mengikuti kelas ising sebelum ini.

Students will be learning 20 types of slice cake with different patterns and flavours.

Cut out class

Cut out class. Students will be learning 5 types of cut out cakes like book, doll, key, heart shape and no.1. This class can be only attended by students who have attended bacis icing class.  

Wedding cake course

Advance wedding cake course for those who have completed basic icing course.
Its a two days course.

Icing class

This is the picture of basic icing class which students wiil be learning. Students will be able to do all this character after the icing class. It is a hands on 3 days course. Certificate will be given.
